What is Clinic Development Consulting?
Clinic Development Consulting is led by Zahra Alshammri, Founder & School Director of Aesthetic Laser Academy. Zahra holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration. She is currently a Doctor of Health Administration Candidate, pursuing an MS Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and completing Harvard Medical School Executive Education – Women’s Health and Wellness Program (2026). Her experience includes healthcare administration, clinic operations, workforce development, educational leadership, medical aesthetics education, and professional training. Through her work in education, clinic operations, and business development, Zahra helps healthcare and aesthetics professionals navigate the process of developing, launching, and growing successful businesses.
